Firmware Xiaomi Redmi Note Dual Sim

I assumed this for only 4g dual sim, i would wait for global release and update from my phone. thank you xiaomi makes so much $$$$ yet they invent garbage that no one uses...but has no interest in fixing bugs in miui..
